Hi there, I’m Karen O’Beirne of Timeless Ceremonies, a registered solemniser and proud FuturFaith Minister.

It’s my privilege to create and deliver legal wedding ceremonies filled with warmth, love and meaning for couples all over Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Having married my own wonderful husband in December 2024, I know exactly how it feels to want a day that’s stress‑free, deeply personal and unforgettable for all the right reasons.

I’m based just outside Dundalk in beautiful Co. Louth and I’m available for legal weddings, vow renewals, elopements and funerals across Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Before becoming a celebrant, I spent over 30 years in hospitality and wedding event management helping couples plan their weddings.

I’ve always loved meeting couples from all walks of life, hearing their dreams and with the experience of organising over a thousand weddings, guiding them so their day unfolded exactly as they’d imagined - only better.

But I wanted to be part of the heart of it - to craft and lead their ceremony helping them celebrate all the emotions and magic. That’s what inspired me to train with FuturFaith and become a celebrant.

I’m passionate about creating ceremonies as unique as the people they celebrate. I listen closely to your words and the feelings behind them so your ceremony truly reflects you.

My style is modern yet timeless, inclusive and filled with love. I bring a calm, friendly presence so you can relax and be fully in the moment remembering not just how your day looked, but how it felt.
