I’m Rev. Lisa Byrne, the proud owner of Exquisite Ceremonies, located in the sunny southeast in the charming medieval city of Kilkenny.

As a fully registered solemniser and a vibrant celebrant, I infuse joy, warmth, and a touch of magic into life’s most significant moments. Whether you are planning a wedding, elopement, vow renewal, naming ceremony, or even a funeral (including pet funerals), I provide a compassionate and personalised approach to each event.

I specialise in ceremonies for all faiths, mixed faiths, semi-faith, and non-religious celebrations. For mixed-race or mixed-culture couples, as well as same-sex couples, I love to blend traditions and rituals, creating a truly unique and unforgettable experience. Additionally, I can incorporate a few lines in Irish, French, Afrikaans, or Thai to welcome your travelling guests from afar.

In addition to my work as a celebrant, I am a Reiki master, seamlessly integrating ancient healing energy into my ceremonies to uplift and inspire those present, especially those who are spiritually inclined. Outside of ceremonies, you’ll often find me on the dance floor, joyfully moving to the rhythms of Latin music—I can even incorporate dance into your ceremony!
