Hi there! My name is Paula. I grew up in Dublin but I have happily lived in the west of Ireland for the past 20 years. I now call Newport, Co. Mayo my home.
I have worked for many years in Social Care and also as a singer with experience of providing music at weddings, funerals and other functions.
In addition, I have planned several weddings for couples with great success. These experiences have led me towards becoming a celebrant/Solomniser. It has really felt like a natural progression.
My vast experience of both looking after people (sometimes in very stressful periods of their lives), coupled with my ability to hold an audience, has given me a great skill set to create and deliver very personal ceremonies.
I am equally adept at providing an uplifting and joyous wedding ceremony or a respectful and caring life tribute for a departed loved one. I truly believe that people should be able to mark the biggest moments in their lives in a way that is true to them. That is why I believe ceremonies should cater for everyone regardless of their values, faiths and beliefs.
