How is the approval or rejection process for the 1-minute video submission conducted?

The process of approving or rejecting your 1-minute video submission is a crucial part of our selection criteria at FuturFaith's Path To Ministry course.

Here's how it operates:

  • Video Evaluation: Once you've submitted your application and included a 1-minute video explaining your motivation to become a FuturFaith minister, our dedicated FuturFaith team will conduct a thorough review of your video.

  • Vision Alignment Assessment: During the review process, we assess how well your vision aligns with our mission and values. We carefully consider your passion, dedication, and the clarity of your vision for ministry within the FuturFaith community.

  • Compliance with Regulations: It is essential to align your visions not only with FuturFaith's mission but also with the legal framework. In accordance with the Civil Registration Act 2004, nomination to the HSE Register of Solemnisers will be accepted, provided you, as a graduate, are not at any point in breach of the policies and regulations outlined in the Civil Registration Act 2004 Section 53 (3) through Section 55 (1-C). This ensures that our ministers adhere to legal requirements and maintain ethical standards.

  • Truthful Responses: Applicants must respond truthfully to any questions during the application and video submission process. Honesty and transparency are fundamental values we uphold at FuturFaith.

Decision-Making: After a comprehensive evaluation, we make a decision regarding your application. This decision can result in either approval or rejection via the email you provided.

  • Approval: If your video and application demonstrate a strong alignment with our mission and values, along with compliance with legal regulations, we will approve your application. Congratulations, you will be one step closer to joining FuturFaith's training community!

  • Rejection: In the event that your application does not align with our mission, values, or legal and ethical requirements, you may receive a rejection. Please know that rejection is not necessarily final, and we encourage individuals who are rejected to consider reapplying at a later stage.

The video submission Approval/Rejection Process allows us to ensure that those who become part of the FuturFaith community share our commitment and vision for ministry while also adhering to legal and ethical standards.

We appreciate your understanding and dedication to our mission as we work together to shape a better future.
