We really had such a wonderful day. Everyone commented on how lovely the ceremony was and how nice it was for everyone to be involved. It really was so personal and felt really intimate. We had Lorraine do our daughters naming day 3 years ago and we're delighted to work with her again for our sons naming day. They were lovely people to work with and I would highly recommend them to others



Myself and my husband, John, got married on 31/10/2025 in Homestead House Dundalk with Rev. Lorraine McCarthy. We had the most amazing day. Lorraine guided us through planning the wedding ceremony and we customised it to be the wedding that we wanted, as we have been through hell and back in our 15 years and we had a hell of a lot of reasons to celebrate! The day was about us and nobody else, exactly what we wanted and Lorraine very much made our dream wedding a reality. We will be forever grateful for this. Lorraine was a pleasure to work with and a very approachable and lovely woman. We highly recommend Rev. Lorraine McCarthy and give her 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks so much Lorraine. If you are coming to Ireland for vacation and plan to get married or renew your wedding vows, I highly recommend Rev Lorraine! She is so passionate and caring, and making sure that your ceremony is a wonderful experience. Her team are top notch. We loved Michael who picked us up at the train station in Dundalk and delivered us to the Cu' Chulainn castle tower for our ceremony. We had a traditional hand-fasting ceremony! There was only one choice for us and that was Rev Lorraine! Please take my word when I say you will not be disappointed!



We had the honour of having Lorraine being the Celebrant on our wedding day, Lorraine was absolutely fantastic, Lorraine greeted me before heading into our ceremony and instantly made me feel calm and relaxed, from start to finish Lorraine was fantastic and our ceremony was super personal, upbeat and moving, Lorraine really listened and understood exactly what we wanted and most certainly delivered, from the very start to the wedding day Lorraine was a pleasure to deal with, we highly recommend Lorraine, and can’t thank her enough for everything. Thank you Lorraine, Keith and Conor at Celebrant Ireland for the wedding ceremony of our dreams. From the start we knew we were in very safe hands with the team's experience, attention to detail and the passion Lorraine has as celebrant, but we were not prepared for exactly how amazingly perfect everything was on the day. It was like something out of a fairytale. We were both very nervous but Lorraine kept us calm and made sure our ceremony was perfect. All of out friends and family remarked at how lovely and personal it was, there were plenty of tears, but tears of joy! A lot of them said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We feel so lucky to have found Lorraine McCarthy from Celebrant Ireland. Lorraine brought us on a journey which led to the most beautiful wedding ceremony we have could ask for! Lorraine was so efficient and responsive and made the entire process very easy for us. After responding to Lorraine’s questions, she created the most perfect ceremony including a stunning opening ministers address – we will treasure this forever.
