Graduating from the Path to Ministry course is a significant milestone.
What happens next depends on your goals, the type of ceremonies you want to offer, and how you’d like to continue your journey with FuturFaith.
Once you graduate, you'll receive an official FuturFaith Certificate of Completion, and will be free to begin conducting ceremonies immediately, depending on the type of ceremonies you wish to offer.
After graduation, you can:
Begin offering non-legal ceremonies,
Start building experience, confidence, and your personal style,
Take bookings at your own pace.
If your goal is to conduct legally-binding wedding ceremonies, there is an additional step.
By choosing to join Futur+ you may:
Be officially ordained as a Minister (if you choose),
Have FuturFaith handle your nomination paperwork,
Be submitted for listing on the HSE register (Republic of Ireland) and/or GRO NI register (Northern Ireland).
Please note
Registration with GRO NI requires that you already have a wedding booking in a wedding venue in Northern Ireland.
Please note
Timelines for completion of the nomination process depend on external authorities and cannot be guaranteed.
Futur+ is our optional membership community for graduates who want ongoing connection, support, and access to additional opportunities.
Note: All of our graduates (to date) have joined Futur+ and become registered solemnisers.
