Answer

This is one of the most common questions students have, and it is an important one.

Feedback at FuturFaith is intentionally not academic in style. You are not being trained to pass an exam or meet theoretical benchmarks. You are being trained to lead real ceremonies with real people.

Your work is assessed with questions such as:

  • "Would this sound natural and grounded when spoken aloud?"
  • "Does this language feel appropriate for the moment and the people involved?"
  • "Is the structure clear and reassuring for couples, families, and guests?"
  • "Would this hold up in a live setting, with emotion, nerves, and time pressure?"

When tutors confirm that something is working well, it is because they recognise it as something they would feel confident delivering themselves in a real ceremony.

This is also why shadowing sessions, mock calls, and final assessments exist. They ensure that your written work translates into live delivery, not just page-based assignments.

More on this can be found in Shadowing Sessions and Your Training Journey.
